  3. Conduct & Safety: Respect others, the land, and the space. The organizers reserve the right to remove anyone acting inappropriately or putting others at risk.
  4. Workshop Participation: Some activities may require extra registration or have limited capacity. Participation is at your own risk.
  5. Cancellations & Refunds: Refund requests can be made up to 14 days before the event.
  6. Media Consent: By attending, you agree to being photographed or filmed. Materials may be used for event promotion.
  7. Liability: You attend at your own risk. The organizer is not responsible for injury, property loss, or damage.
    8. Respect for Nature: Please leave no trace. Use bins, respect quiet hours, and help keep the area clean.
